Our Relationship with Customers

We establish and maintain good relationship with our customers. We therefore ensure the following:
• Attend to customers with courtesy, helpfulness, fairness and friendliness on a case by case basis
• Respect for customer’s privacy and dignity
• Provide accurate information to customers
In this respect, the company operates Customer Care desks at Head Office and zonal offices whose purpose is to attend to customers issues and ensure all cases are resolved.
